El Paraíso Golf Club lies between Estepona and San Pedro de Alcántara, in a valley between La Concha mountain and the Mediterranean. Gary Player designed the 18 holes, par 71, which opened in 1974, making it one of the established courses of the Costa del Sol.
The course is fairly flat with wide, palm-lined fairways, streams and water hazards, fast greens and lush planting of oleander, jacaranda and mimosa. It is easy to walk and suits most handicaps.
The club has a driving range with covered bays, short-game areas, a pro shop with club fitting and a terrace restaurant with sea views. It is about 15–20 minutes from Elba Estepona and is included in our Birdie and Albatros packages.
