Mazagan Golf Club is the championship course of Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, on the Atlantic coast just north of El Jadida. Gary Player designed it as a true links, laid out through natural dunes and eucalyptus forest beside a seven-kilometre beach, and it opened with the resort in 2009. From the back tees it measures around 6,885 metres, which makes it one of the longest courses in the country, but several sets of tees keep it enjoyable for every level.
The wind off the ocean shapes every round: firm fairways, deep pot bunkers and big undulating greens reward a low, controlled ball flight. Because the course belongs to the resort, our packages include unlimited golf here, with tee times booked in advance, and the golf academy and range are a short walk from the hotel.
