Belek, on the Mediterranean coast 35 minutes from Antalya Airport, has one of the densest collections of championship golf in Europe: more than a dozen 18-hole courses within a few kilometres of each other, most of them next to five-star all inclusive resorts. Choosing between them is the hard part. For par, length, designer and handicap limits of every course side by side, see our guide to all the golf courses in Belek. This guide sorts them by the kind of golfer you are, with the facts you need to plan the rounds.

Best courses for your first golf holiday in Belek
If it is your first visit, choose courses that are visually spectacular but forgiving off the tee, so the round is a pleasure rather than a test.
Carya Golf Club
Peter Thomson's heathland-style Carya is many golfers' favourite course in Belek. The fairways are generous, the conditioning is excellent, and it is the only course in Belek floodlit on all 18 holes, so you can play a full round after dark. See our night golf guide.
Montgomerie Maxx Royal
Colin Montgomerie's course at Maxx Royal has hosted the Turkish Airlines Open. Bold bunkering and a dramatic finish give it a tournament feel, yet the sightlines are clear and it is fair for confident mid-handicappers.
Gloria Old Course
The Old Course at Gloria Golf Club is classic resort golf among mature pines and water. It is a comfortable first round after the flight, and the club's 45 holes (Old, New and the nine-hole Verde) give plenty of variety for a week.
Best courses for low handicaps and coaching groups
Belek is a favourite winter base for teaching professionals, academies and club teams, thanks to mild weather and first-class practice facilities.
Cornelia Golf Club (Faldo course)
Nick Faldo's 27 holes at Cornelia can be played as three different 18-hole combinations, which lets coaches change the test through the week. The practice facilities are among the best in the region.
Antalya Golf Club: PGA Sultan
The PGA Sultan is the tougher of Antalya Golf Club's two courses, with tight landing areas and long par fours that reward accuracy. Its sister course, the Pasha, is shorter and more relaxed. Note the handicap limits: PGA Sultan asks for 24 for men and 28 for ladies.
Sueno Golf Club: Pines
The Pines course at Sueno Golf Club has water on many holes and greens that punish a loose approach. With the shorter Dunes course alongside, Sueno gives groups 36 holes on one site.
Best courses for variety and character
National Golf Club
Opened in 1994, National Golf Club was the first championship course in Belek. It has a traditional parkland character and nine floodlit holes.
Kaya Palazzo Golf Club
Kaya Palazzo winds through pines and lakes next to its own resort, with a strong practice area. It is a walkable, well-conditioned course that suits most levels.
Cullinan Links
Cullinan Links has two 18-hole courses, Aspendos and Olympos, both with a floodlit back nine. The hotel sits between the courses and the sea.
Lykia Links
If you want something completely different, Lykia Links in Denizyaka is a genuine seaside links, with firm fairways, dunes and wind off the sea.
Three sample itineraries
- First visit, three rounds: Gloria Old, Carya and Montgomerie Maxx Royal.
- Low handicaps, four rounds: Cornelia, PGA Sultan, Sueno Pines and Lykia Links.
- Something for everyone, five rounds: National, Kaya Palazzo, Carya (under the floodlights), Cullinan Links and Montgomerie.
Most of our Belek golf holidays include green fees at the courses next to your hotel, and we can swap or add rounds at any of the others.
When to play golf in Belek
Golf is played all year. Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are the busiest months, with the best weather for golf. From December to February the days are mild and prices lower, which is why so many groups and long stay golfers come in winter. In summer, early morning and floodlit tee times avoid the heat. Before you book, check our course maintenance calendar for autumn overseeding dates.
