Championship golf on the Turkish Riviera
We book tee times at 12 golf clubs in Turkey, with 17 courses and 306 holes between them. Ten of the clubs are in Belek, a few minutes from each other, which is why most golfers base themselves there. The others are Lykia Links at Denizyaka, a true seaside links, and The Dalaman Golf Club on the south-west coast.

How many golf courses are there in Turkey?
Most of Turkey's golf courses are on the Antalya coast, above all in Belek, east of Antalya, which has the largest group of courses in the country. There are more at Dalaman on the south-west coast and a few around Bodrum and Istanbul. We book 12 golf clubs with 17 courses and 306 holes: ten in Belek, Lykia Links at Denizyaka and The Dalaman Golf Club.
Which golf courses in Turkey are floodlit?
6 courses in Belek have floodlights, with 63 lit holes. Carya is floodlit on all 18 holes; the Aspendos and Olympos courses at Cullinan Links, the Montgomerie, National and the Gloria New Course each have nine floodlit holes. See our night golf guide.
When is the best time to play golf in Turkey?
Golf is played all year. Spring and autumn are the busiest seasons, winter is mild and the best value, and in summer early and floodlit tee times avoid the heat. Between mid-September and mid-October each course is overseeded for about two weeks, one after another, so check our course maintenance calendar before you book.
Do I need a handicap certificate?
Most courses ask to see a handicap certificate, and some set limits: the PGA Sultan course at Antalya Golf Club, for example, asks for 24 for men and 28 for ladies. Tell us your handicaps when you enquire and we will suggest suitable courses.
Can you book tee times without a hotel?
