Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands and one of the easiest golf trips from northern Europe, with more than 20 courses, mild winters and short flights to Palma. Most courses are within 40 minutes of Palma, from the classic Son Vida above the city to the mountain course at Son Termes and the championship layout at Andratx.
We base our Mallorca packages at the four-star Elba Sunset Mallorca Thalasso Spa on the seafront in Palmanova. Packages are 3 to 7 nights on half board with two to five rounds on different courses, a free upgrade to a side sea view room and an entry to the hotel’s thalasso spa.

Which golf courses can I play from Elba Sunset Mallorca?
Our packages use six courses between 20 and 35 minutes from the hotel:
- Son Vida, Son Muntaner and Son Quint: the three Arabella courses in the hills above Palma; Son Vida (1964) is the oldest course on the island.
- Golf de Andratx: a hilly championship course above Camp de Mar bay with one of the longest par 5s in Spain.
- Son Termes: a short, technical par 70 in the Tramuntana foothills near Bunyola.
- Golf Maioris: a long parkland course with lakes and pines near Llucmajor.

Cala Blava: 3 nights with 2 rounds, at Son Termes and Golf Maioris; a short break.
Teix: 4 nights with 3 rounds, at Son Vida, Son Quint and Son Termes.
Ball: 5 nights with 4 rounds, at Son Vida, Son Quint, Son Muntaner and Golf de Andratx.
Eagle: 7 nights with 5 rounds, at Son Vida, Son Quint, Son Muntaner, Son Termes and Golf de Andratx.
All are on half board, with a free upgrade to a Zeus room with side sea views and one free thalasso spa entry. Transport to the courses is not included, so most golfers hire a car.
When to go
When is the best time to play golf in Mallorca?
Golf is played all year. October to May is the main season, with mild weather and the lowest package prices from November to February. Spring and autumn are the busiest. July and August are hot, and prices are at their highest, so early tee times are best.

Which airport do I fly to?
Palma de Mallorca (PMI). Elba Sunset Mallorca in Palmanova is about 29 km away, around 25 minutes by car.
Are transfers included?
No. Airport transfers and transport to the golf courses are not included. We can arrange private transfers, but most golfers hire a car to reach the different courses.
What is included in an Elba Sunset Mallorca golf package?
Nights on half board (buffet breakfast and dinner, drinks not included) in a Zeus room with side sea views, the green fees on the courses listed in the package, and one free entry per person to the Thalasso Spa circuit.
Are there compulsory supplements?
At Christmas: festive dinners on 24 December (€24), 25 December (€41) and the New Year's Eve gala (€105) per person. The local tourist tax is paid at the hotel.
