About the hotel

NH Collection Porto Batalha occupies a restored 18th-century palace on Praça da Batalha, in the historic centre of Porto. Built as a family home known as Casa dos Guedes, the building later served as a hospital during the Civil War and as a government building. Porto Cathedral and São Bento station are a short walk away, and Porto Airport (OPO) is about 25 minutes by car.

Our packages include bed and breakfast in a Superior Double Room plus green fees. You choose your rounds from Oporto Golf Club, Estela, Amarante, Axis Ponte de Lima and Vidago Palace. From the hotel, Oporto Golf Club is about 30 minutes by car, Estela about 40 minutes, Amarante about 50 minutes, Ponte de Lima about 1 hour and Vidago about 1 hour 30 minutes. Airport transfers and transport to the courses are not included; transfers can be arranged on request, or you can hire a car.

The hotel has 107 rooms over five floors. Tabu Fine Cuisine & Gastrô Bar serves lunch and dinner with an extensive wine list, and breakfast is a buffet. The wellness area has a hydrotherapy pool, sauna and steam room, and there is a gym.

No. Our packages include bed and breakfast and green fees only. Airport transfers can be arranged on request. The drive from Porto Airport takes about 25 minutes.

Packages are priced in a Superior Double Room on a bed and breakfast basis. Other room categories may be available on request at a supplement.

Where do I play?

You choose your rounds from Oporto Golf Club, Estela, Amarante, Axis Ponte de Lima and Vidago Palace. Oporto Golf Club is the closest, about 30 minutes by car; Vidago is about 1 hour 30 minutes.

Does the hotel have a spa?

There is a wellness area with a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and treatment rooms, plus a gym.
