Book with confidence
Financially protected UK bookings, a licensed Turkish travel agency, and a local team you can call any time
Your golf holiday, protected
Booking a holiday abroad means trusting a company you may never have met. Here is how we protect you, whichever country you book from.
Protected Trust Services (PTS) for UK residents
Customers who live in the UK book with Eros Travel Ltd, a member of Protected Trust Services, membership no. 6060. Every payment you make is held in a trust account managed by independent trustees, and can only be released to pay the suppliers of your booking. This gives you full financial protection under the Package Travel Regulations, including against the failure of our business or a supplier.
You can check our membership with PTS at [email protected] or +44 20 7190 9988. PTS is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority.
TÜRSAB licence A-2448 for everyone else
Customers from all other countries book with Eros Turizm Seyahat Ltd Şti in Antalya, a member of TÜRSAB, the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, with licence number A-2448. TÜRSAB licensing sets standards for accountability, service quality and ethical practice in Turkish tourism.
IAGTO member
We are members of IAGTO, the International Association of Golf Tour Operators, the worldwide trade body for golf tourism that brings together tour operators, golf resorts and courses.
A local team, 24/7
Our office is in Antalya, 35 minutes from the Belek courses. We confirm every tee time before you arrive and are available around the clock while you are in Turkey.
