Pestana Beloura Golf

Pestana Beloura was designed by Rocky Roquemore and opened in 1994. It sits at Quinta da Beloura, in the foothills of the Sintra hills between Sintra and Cascais. The course is planted with more than 40,000 trees, including eucalyptus, oak, pine, magnolia and palms, and water runs alongside several fairways.

It is par 73 with five par 5s and measures 5,774 metres from the back tees. Fairways are fairly wide and bunkering is light, so it is a relaxed round for most handicaps, though houses along the course make some landing areas look tighter from the tee. The clubhouse has a golf shop and restaurant, and there is a driving range, putting and chipping greens and the Pestana Golf Academy.
