About the hotel

Algarve Marriott Salgados Golf Resort & Spa is a 5-star hotel next to Salgados Golf, between Albufeira and Armação de Pêra. The course runs alongside the Salgados lagoon nature reserve and has recently been renovated. The resort runs a free shuttle to the golf courses, so you can also play Morgado and Álamos near Portimão, about 35 minutes away, or the Faldo and O’Connor Jnr. courses at Amendoeira, about 15 minutes away.

Our packages use a Deluxe Double Room. The hotel has 228 rooms and suites, five restaurants and a bar. There are four outdoor pools, and the Wellness Hub has a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. A complimentary shuttle runs to Salgados beach.

We offer two package types: one with golf at Salgados, Morgado and Álamos, and one that adds Amendoeira with buggies included. Faro Airport is about 40 minutes by car.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I play?

Choose between two package types. The first uses Salgados, Morgado and Álamos. The second, with buggies included, combines Salgados with the Faldo and O'Connor Jnr. courses at Amendoeira, and the 7-night version adds Morgado and Álamos.

Are airport transfers included?

No. Airport transfers are not included in our packages, but we can arrange them on request.

Is there a golf shuttle?

Yes. The hotel provides a free shuttle between the hotel and the golf courses.

Can I travel in July or August?

Yes, but rates for July and August 2027 are on request. Contact us with your dates.
