Pirin Golf & Country Club lies near Razlog in south-west Bulgaria, about 15 km from Bansko and about two hours by car from Sofia. The main course was designed by Ian Woosnam and is ranked among the best in Bulgaria.
The 18-hole course is par 72 and runs over rugged ground in the foothills of the Pirin mountains, with four lakes, a river and around 80 bunkers. There is also a five-hole practice course, Pirin Pine, and a driving range with 46 bays, 30 of them covered, plus putting, pitching and chipping greens. The Club House restaurant has a terrace over the course. The main golf season runs from April to the end of October.
