Lighthouse Golf & Spa Hotel is about 5 km east of Balchik on Bulgaria’s northern Black Sea coast, at the centre of the Lighthouse Golf & Spa Resort. Varna Airport is about 50 minutes by car, and a free shuttle runs to Heros Beach, about 5 km from the hotel.
The 18-hole Lighthouse course, designed by Ian Woosnam with European Golf Design, starts at the resort. BlackSeaRama is about 2 km away and Thracian Cliffs about 6 km, so you can play all three clifftop courses of the Kaliakra coast from one base.
The hotel has 172 rooms and suites: superior rooms of about 30 m² with sea or golf views, club suites and four penthouses. Restaurants include Alexandra, the main restaurant, Le Passage for French à la carte dining, The Greek tavern by the pool and the Prestige restaurant in the clubhouse, with several bars including a sky bar and a beach bar. There is a spa with a thermal zone, indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, tennis and activities for children.
