El Jadida sits on the Atlantic coast about an hour south-west of Casablanca, with a Portuguese fortress town that is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Just outside it, Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort combines a seven-kilometre beach, a large resort hotel and its own Gary Player links course.

What is the golf like at Mazagan?
Mazagan Golf Club is a Gary Player links course laid out through the Atlantic dunes, around 6,885 metres from the back tees. Wind, firm fairways and big greens make it a real links test, and with unlimited golf you can play it every day. Royal Golf El Jadida is ten minutes away if you want a change.

When is the best time to play golf in El Jadida?
September to June. The Atlantic keeps El Jadida mild all year: around 20°C in winter and high twenties in summer, with less heat than Marrakech. July and August are the busiest weeks at the resort, and the all inclusive package is not offered then.
