A nine that follows the old river bed, with lakes and palms.
Golf Les Dunes opened in 1991 and is one of the most respected courses in southern Morocco. Cabell B. Robinson, who worked for many years with Robert Trent Jones, laid out 27 holes over rolling ground planted with eucalyptus, tamarisk, broom and palms, with four large lakes coming into play on several holes.
The three nines, Eucalyptus, Tamaris and Oued, are all par 36 and can be combined into three different 18-hole rounds. The terrain is more undulating than at the other Agadir clubs, so the course rewards accurate approach play and a good feel for slopes on the greens. A scout caddy is compulsory and is paid locally.
