The Montgomerie Marrakech is the most central course in the city, on Avenue Guemassa a few minutes from the hotels of Agdal and the airport. Colin Montgomerie designed it with European Golf Design, and it opened in 2014 on 75 hectares with views of both the Atlas Mountains and the Koutoubia minaret.
The fairways are wide and lined with palms, and the greens are well contoured, so it suits mixed-ability groups and a relaxed first round of the week. Practice is free for our guests before their tee time, and a shared buggy is included in several of our packages. The clubhouse has a pro shop and a good terrace for lunch.

How far is The Montgomerie from the city?
It is the closest course to the centre, a few minutes from the Agdal hotels and about ten minutes from the airport.
Is a buggy included?
Several of our packages include a free shared buggy at The Montgomerie, subject to availability. Otherwise buggies can be hired at the club.
Is it a good course for beginners?
Yes. The fairways are generous, which makes it one of the friendliest courses in Marrakech for mixed-ability groups.
