Om hotellet

West Cliffs Ocean & Golf Resort lies on the cliffs above the Atlantic at Vau, near Óbidos, about an hour north of Lisbon. The accommodation is spread across the West Cliffs links, an 18-hole par 72 course by Cynthia Dye that opened in 2017 and has ocean views from every hole. Royal Óbidos is about 5 minutes away, and Praia D’El Rey and Bom Sucesso about 10 minutes. The resort runs a free shuttle between the villas and the courses.

Our packages use a three-bedroom villa, which suits a group of golfers who want their own space. The villas have a living and dining area, a fitted kitchen and private outdoor space. For single occupancy rates, every bedroom in the villa must be occupied.

The clubhouse has the reception, a restaurant, a steakhouse, a bar and lounge and the pro shop. There is also a fitness centre. Lisbon Airport is just over an hour by car.

Where do I play?

You can play any combination of West Cliffs, Royal Óbidos, Praia D'El Rey and Bom Sucesso. West Cliffs is on site and the others are 5 to 10 minutes away.

What is the accommodation like?

Our packages use a three-bedroom villa with a kitchen and living area. For single occupancy rates, every bedroom must be occupied by at least one person.

Are airport transfers included?

No. Airport transfers are not included in our packages. We can arrange a private transfer on request. Lisbon Airport is just over an hour by car.

Is there a golf shuttle?

Yes. The resort provides a free shuttle between the villas and the golf courses in our packages.
