Om hotellet

Elba Estepona Gran Hotel & Thalasso Spa is a five-star resort right on Arena Beach, just west of Estepona on the Costa del Sol. It is a good base for golf: Valle Romano is about 5 minutes away, and El Paraíso, Atalaya, La Quinta and the Marbella courses are 15 to 35 minutes by car, with San Roque and La Hacienda Alcaidesa towards Sotogrande to the west. More than 35 courses are within about 35 km.

The hotel has 204 rooms. Our packages use a Double Deluxe Room of about 37 m², most with sea views and a balcony or terrace. During the 2026–2027 golf packages half board is included as a special promotion, with breakfast and dinner at the Arena Beach buffet restaurant and its sea-view terrace; there are also two à la carte restaurants, Italian-French Paris-Roma and Spanish Al-Andalus, and pool, piano and lobby bars.

After golf, the Elba Thalasso Spa has more than 1,400 m² of heated seawater pools, jacuzzi, sauna and treatment rooms; each guest gets one free entry to the thermal circuit with our packages. There are outdoor pools and an indoor pool heated in winter. Estepona’s old town is 3 km away, Málaga Airport about 80 km and Gibraltar about 40 km.

Hvor langt er der til golfbanerne?

Valle Romano is about 5 minutes away. El Paraíso and Atalaya are around 20 minutes, La Quinta, San Roque and La Hacienda Alcaidesa 25–30 minutes, and Santa Clara and Higuerón Marbella about 35 minutes. Transport to the courses is not included; most golfers hire a car, or we can arrange transfers.

Which meals are included?

Half board: buffet breakfast and dinner, drinks not included (a free upgrade from bed and breakfast for the 2026–2027 packages). You can add the beverage package (€31 per person per night) or full board with drinks (€52 per person per night); the whole group must be on the same board.

Are airport transfers included?

No. Málaga Airport is about 80 km away and Gibraltar about 40 km. We can arrange private transfers on request, or you can hire a car.

Are there compulsory supplements?

Yes, at Christmas and Easter: festive dinners on 24 December (€10), 25 December (€15) and the New Year's Eve gala (€210) per person, plus €8.50 per person per night from 21 December to 1 January and from 20 to 28 March 2027.
