Om hotellet

NAU Morgado Golf & Country Club is a 4-star hotel set in a valley between Portimão and the Monchique hills. It sits between two 18-hole courses, Morgado and Álamos, both designed by European Golf Design. The courses are mostly flat, with views of the Monchique hills. The resort also has a golf academy, driving range and putting greens.

Our packages use a Double Room. The hotel has 98 rooms, a buffet restaurant, a clubhouse restaurant, a lobby bar with terrace and outdoor pools. It is a golf-first base: quiet, with the first tee a short walk away, and Portimão’s beaches about 15 to 20 minutes by car.

The packages include a shuttle to Salgados Golf near Albufeira, so you can add a links-style course to your week. Faro Airport is about 50 minutes away. The hotel is closed from December 2026 to 13 February 2027.

Where do I play?

Your rounds are on the Morgado and Álamos courses at the hotel and at Salgados Golf near Albufeira. The shuttle between the hotel and Salgados is included.

Are airport transfers included?

No. Airport transfers are not included in our packages, but we can arrange them on request.

When is the hotel open?

The hotel is closed from December 2026 to 13 February 2027. Rates for July and August 2027 are on request.

How far is the beach?

The nearest beaches at Portimão are about 15 to 20 minutes by car.
