Om hotellet

Pestana Vintage Porto Hotel stands on Praça da Ribeira, on the bank of the Douro river, within the historic centre of Porto that is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hotel occupies a row of 18 historic buildings, so rooms vary in size and layout. Porto Airport (OPO) is about 25 minutes away by car.

Our packages include bed and breakfast in a Classic Room plus green fees. You choose your rounds from Oporto Golf Club, Estela, Amarante, Axis Ponte de Lima and Vidago Palace. From the hotel, Oporto Golf Club is about 30 minutes by car, Estela about 40 minutes, Amarante about 50 minutes, Ponte de Lima about 1 hour and Vidago about 1 hour 30 minutes. Airport transfers and transport to the courses are not included; transfers can be arranged on request, or you can hire a car.

The hotel has 109 rooms. RIB Beef & Wine is the restaurant, and the Heritage Bar specialises in port wine and cocktails. There is a gym on site. The port wine lodges of Vila Nova de Gaia are across the Dom Luís I bridge.

Are airport transfers included?

No. Our packages include bed and breakfast and green fees only. Airport transfers can be arranged on request. The drive from Porto Airport takes about 25 minutes.

Where do I play?

You choose your rounds from Oporto Golf Club, Estela, Amarante, Axis Ponte de Lima and Vidago Palace. Oporto Golf Club is the closest, about 30 minutes by car; Vidago is about 1 hour 30 minutes.

How do I get to the golf courses?

Transport to the courses is not included. Most guests hire a car; transfers can also be arranged on request.
